NOTICE OF 14th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, 2020 (Rescheduled)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Management Committee (“the Committee”) that the 14th Annual General Meeting of Firefly Mission (“FFM”) will take place virtually on Friday, 1 May 2020 10am.

All members who would like to join the AGM are required to submit their name, email address or contact to leebengtzen@gmail.com or whatsapp to michelle +90681086 by 29 April 2020. Meeting will be conducted via Zoom, the link and password will be furnished.

 
AGENDA for the Meeting is as follows:

  1. Welcome by President
  2. Acceptance of Minutes of 13th Annual General Meeting held on 29 March 2019 
  3. Review and Acceptance of Treasurer’s & Auditors’ Report 2019
  4. President’s Report & Upcoming Major Events for 2020
  5. Pass New Resolution
  6. Election of New EXCO Committee 2020/2022
  7. Any other matters
