We had awarded 3,710,000 kyats worth of bursaries to
students who had lost their parents in the cyclone. 173
students from the Basic Education (Primary & Middle School
Level) and 5 students from Higher Education. We awarded
20,000 kyats each to the students from the Basic Education
and 50,000 each to students from the Higher Education.
Those students are from the delta region: Latputta, Mawkyun,
Bogalay, Daydaye and Warkhema townships. |
