Who We Are

We are a group of ordinary people involved in humanitarian work for the benefit of the disadvantaged in society. We are organized under the banner of the Firefly Mission (FFM) of Singapore. We provide a platform for like-minded people to embark on charity work in such areas as community welfare, education and healthcare. Join Us

We call ourselves volunteers. All of us have gone on humanitarian missions organised by FFM. We always come back from these missions feeling enriched and uplifted. Read what some volunteers have written about their experiences in the Voice of the Heart.

We welcome you to be part of us. You may want to check out on the types of project that appeal to you and the countries you would like to visit.

If you have young children, you might want to cultivate in them the habit of saving and giving. We have a project called "A Little Can of Hope" to start them off. Here is a featured video.

Project Summary: The Bhutan Nuns sponsorship programme aims to improve the basic quality of life for nuns and nunneries through the provision of daily nutritious meals, clothing, teaching/ learning materials and other essentials e.g. mattresses and blankets.
