NOTICE OF 12 th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Management Committee (“the Committee”) that the 12th Annual General Meeting of Firefly Mission (“FFM”) will be held on Monday, 26 March 2018 at 7.30pm at The Cascadia, Function Room (next to swimming pool), Blk 945 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 589660 (700m from King Albert MRT Station).

2. Acceptance of Minutes of 11th Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2017.
3. Review and Acceptance of Treasurer’s and Auditors’ Report 2017
4. President’s Report and Upcoming Major Events for 2018
5. Election of EXCO members
6. Any Other Business
