Monthly Exco Coordinators Meeting
The meeting started with Puja and Mediation to calm our mind down.
We covered projects updates presented by various leads/ coordinators. Discussions on proposal, new requests and any matters that require our Exco Members to approve and we concluded the meeting at 6pm.
The group also celebrated birthday for the August babies and concluded the session with potluck dinner.
